1:ORDERS
How do I pay for my order?
Our website has a paypal account for the clients to pay. Once payment has been received, the painting will be shipped out in a few days.
How will the painting be shipped and wrapped?
If the painting is in a frame, it will be carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and then placed in a fitted cardboard box to ensure the safety of it's arrival. If the painting is not framed it will be placed between two sheets of cardboard, bubble wrapped and then put in an envelope to provide a safe and secure shipment. Special care is taken with every shipment!
Can I leave a comment or question?
Yes, in the contact section of the website or through our e-mail account.
Will you be updating your website?
Yes, every three to six months new paintings will be added by one of our artists.
Will there also be prints available ?
Yes, some prints will be available and noted on the site from different artists. Sizes and prices will be indicated.
2:SHIPPING
How will the painting be shipped?
The painting(s) will be shipped through Canada Post. We will figure out an approximate cost through their link and this will be added to the cost of the painting(s).
How much will it cost to ship a painting(s)?
It will depend on the size, weight, and the destination.
How long will it take to get my painting(s)?
It depends on the destination and mail service. We ship within 1 to 2 days after we receive payment and usually with most postal service 5 to 12 business days of mail service.
